AnalystTrack provides investment banking interview preparation content, including lessons, flashcards, drills, timed exams, mock interviews, job simulations, and an AI study assistant (TrackAI). Content is for educational purposes and does not constitute financial, investment, or career advice.3. Accounts and registration
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid courses and the Track+ bundle are billed as subscriptions. Subscriptions do not auto-renew by default, access ends at the close of the paid period unless you actively resubscribe. Prices are shown in EUR and may change with notice.5. Free tier
Unit 1, Module 1 of the Technical course is free indefinitely. We reserve the right to adjust what is included in the free tier with notice.6. Acceptable use
You agree not to share your account, scrape or redistribute course content, or use the service to build a competing product. Mock interview and job simulation submissions must be your own work.7. Intellectual property
All course content, questions, datasets, and branding are the property of AnalystTrack and may not be reproduced without permission.8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee interview outcomes, offers, or any specific result from using AnalystTrack. TrackAI feedback is generated by an AI model and may contain errors.9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnalystTrack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account settings.11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of laws principles.12. Changes to these terms
