Messages you send to TrackAI, and your signup context, are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. We do not use your conversations to train third-party models.4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.5. Third-party services
We rely on Stripe for payment processing, a database provider for storing your account and progress data, and Anthropic for TrackAI. Each processes data under their own privacy terms as our data processors.6. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.7. Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing, under GDPR. Contact us to exercise these rights.8. Data security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, and restrict access to personal data to what is operationally necessary.9. Children's privacy
AnalystTrack is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.10. Changes to this policy
